I'm having the same issue. The problem seems to have started after I last updated the Fitbit app.

Hello @Santiago-E@Stacey.lewin4 and @Isabelleke, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If you haven't done it yet, I would like to suggest you to update the Fitbit app. If you already have, please try the following when trying to log in to the app:

  • Turn off WiFi and Bluetooth from your phone settings
  • Open the Fitbit app and try to log in again.
  • If you're unable to log in yet, please swipe up on your phone and enable Bluetooth and Wifi from the Control Center and try again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
