I have spent hours trying to do the initial pair up with my new Charge 2 from my iPhone. I get to the pairing screen, type in the 4- digit code, and wait for half-an-hour or more, and nothing happens.
I have reset/turned off/back on my phone, deleted and re-downloaded the Fitbit app, and turned off my bluetooth then turned it back on... none of which have worked.
