Cannot Sync

Hi,

I have tried for month now to get my surge to synch to my iPhone. Both are updated. I have restarted my fitbit, restarted the ap, deleted the ap, deleted the Fitbit from my ap, and still cannot get it to synch.

It's worth restarting the Surge a few more times as the restart procedure doesn't always work.

 

If that doesn'y help then you could try deleting the device from your account and then re-adding it.
