Cannot access Account view on iPhone 6 w/3.39 update

I use an iPhone 6. Latest update for this phone is iOS 12.5.1. Fitbit app version 3.39 broke access to the Account view. As a result I cannot change my Clock Face, which I like to do when I become more active during the warmer months. 

 

Please update the app to restore access to the Account functions.

Hello @TrickyDave and welcome to the Help forums.  Other users are reporting odd behavior with Fitbit app v3.39.  Please try the following:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-download the app
