Cannot connect to the Fitbit app, won’t let me log in or sync device. Anyone else having issues??

I cannot install an update to my Fitbit inspire 3 because it will not connect. Phone is a iPhone 12 system is up to date.

Let me share our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app, so please make sure to install it once you see it available. Once that is done, reboot your phone, log back in to your account and try updating your Inspire 3 one more time. For more instructions, see this help article.
