I have chatted with support, about Alexa not connecting on my sense 2, and looked on google and no fix has worked. I have an iPhone and the steps I’ve tried are: I restarted my phone, restarted the Fitbit app, restarted the Fitbit, toggle Bluetooth on and off, repaired Fitbit, and factory reset. Yes location services are on and I’ve never had this issue with my previous sense 2 just this new one. Attaching the screenshot of the error o keep getting. I’m hoping maybe someone had this issue and fixed it. Thank you for any and all help!

Same exact issue for me. I have sense 2 and iphone 14 pro max. The fitbit app, iphone and watch firmware updated to latest version. Alexa worked perfectly on my sense 2 since i got the watch a year ago. The latest firmware update caused a factory reset on my watch. Once updated, not only does Alexa not connect anymore, all notifications stopped working (lots of separate threads about that). Anyway, did all the trouble shooting tips suggested (e.g. offload/reload app, uninstall/install app, restart watch, restart phone, etc.). Nothing worked. Chatted with tech support and same reply - they are aware of the issue and I have an open ticket for this, as well as the no notifications issue. Since everything was working fine as recently as last weekend, I think it was either the latest firmware update (v. 60.20001.220.31) or app update (v. 4.65) that caused it. Since the app was only updated on 17 March, I think the issues probably started then. Keep me posted if you hear anything and i'll do the same! thanks

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I have a Fitbit Sense and I’m using iOS 26.4.
I’ve already opened a support ticket with Fitbit, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’ve also tried all the usual troubleshooting steps (restarting devices, reinstalling the app, checking permissions, Bluetooth, location services, etc.), but nothing has worked so far.

I updated iOS to 26.4 this morning in hopes that may help but nope, still same issue with Alexa and also the "no notifications" thing that lots of others are going through.

In a separate thread since the last app update (v4.65) notifications stopped working for WhatsApp, Yahoo, etc. and a workaround we found was to set the iPhone language setting to ENGLISH (US) and notifications started working again (I had it set to ENGLISH (UK)). Since Alexa was working perfectly before this last app update I was hoping the language settings might have something to do with it as well, but I still get the same error screen you get when setting up Alexa. The weird thing is, once i click EXIT SET UP on that error screen, it says Alex is "connected"! But when i long press on the watch it still says I need to set it up on the phone. Weird. I'm still waiting to hear back from the tech support regarding the open ticket... 😞 Frustrating as Alexa was working perfectly up to this point.
