Cannot enter a challenge

Receive a request for challenge accepted in less than 30 minutes of receiving cannot join challenge. It says cannot have more than five challenges however I am currently only in three challenges. Two of the challenges from last week disappeared before we can see who the winner was. I was wondering if it's still in limbo as if I'm still attached to those challenges.

I am having the same issue! So frustrating! I contacted customer support via e-mail and am waiting for a response..

I'm sorry you're having this problem about not being able to join more challenges.

You can join a maximum of 5 challenges at a time but in the case you're in less than 5 challenges, you shouldn't have any problem. Just keep in mind that if you were in two more challenges and are now in three, that will make a total of 5 challenges and finished challenges will remain visible for three days. After three days the finished challenges will disappear and you will be able to join more challenges.

You can however, quit an active challenge by opening it and find Options, then choose the Quit option.
