Cannot get vibration notifications to work

I have double checked every setting and notification and Bluetooth connection, and I cannot get my Versa to vibrate when I get notifications. I have the app notifications turned on on the versa app, Bluetooth connected, double checked the share system notifications on my iPhone. Any suggestions?
