I am unable to log into the Fitbit app on my iPhone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which did not help. I am getting the following message when I attempt to log in: "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again"
I have verified that I am using the correct user name and password.

I apologize for the late response. I see you posted this 4 hours ago so I’m unsure if this is still in issue or not. If indeed it’s still an issue I'd suggestion if the WiFi connection is enabled, disable it and try with mobile data to see if you can log in. Once your logged back into the Fitbit App the turn your WiFi back on.
