Make sure when your logging in that you tap “sign in” and not “join”. If that is not the issue try restarting your phone then try logging in again. If you find that the problem persist you will have to call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I find calling them directly or live chat as the best option.
