I have tried everything I can think of. Deleted the app, reinstalled the app, did IOS update, turn off bluetooth and back on, even tried pairing it with a friends phone but the same error keeps popping up.
I know the fitbit is communicating with my phone because it sends the code but then it gives me this error. Help! I don't think it could be an issue with the fitbit because this is a new tracker they just sent me because my last one stopped syncing.

Hello @AnnieP421, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.
If your Charge 2 is not syncing with your iPhone, please restart your tracker and leave it plugged in and charging, then restart your phone and try to set it up again. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around and that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.
