My charge 3 does not pair now. When I try to pair the screen says Found tracker and connecting. The wheel just goes round and round and does not give me a four digit number to pair.
I have tried powering the charge 3 off, logging out of the app but nothing works.
what is the next step?

Hi @Shyam, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker won't pair. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
  5. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
  6. Press Forget this device.
  7. Re-open the Fitbit app and try to set up your device again.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you continue experiencing difficulties, in case you have other trackers or MobileTrack paired to your Fitbit account at the moment, please remove them and try to set up your Charge 3 again after that.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
