I haven’t used my Fitbit Versa 3 since February. I decided to use it again, so I charged it at which time all it showed me was the date and the time which is incorrect. I went into my Fitbit app. I had forgotten the password and therefore click down, forgot password and put in my email address. After numerous attempts at this, I still do not have an email to retrieve my password. Can anyone please help?

Have you checked your saved passwords?
Are you sure that you have the right email address?
Have you checked your spam folder?
The only other thought would be to contact fitbit. The link is on every page.

I have the exact same problem. I want to login to my account that is linked with my aria 2 but i pressed login with google and it has removed my old account from my phone without merging my weight logs and its a completely new account from scratch, really pissing me off. I am trying to login to my old account and it says that i cant and it could be that the account has been deleted or i have just forgotten my password but when i press forgot my password and put my email in it never sends me an email, not in my spam, bin, nothing. please help

@Maryflower1 and @frostyoli Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and working on this matter prior to posting. As our friend mentioned, I'd also suggest checking if the right email was entered. I had a similar experience before, I thought I was logging in with the right account but I wasn't, I put a similar one instead.
Assuming that's your case, you'll only need to enter your other email address in order to reset the password and access your original account. You can check all your inboxes to find any email coming from Fitbit and verify the one associated with your account.
