Cannot see my Fitbit data on Apple Health app

Okay I just called Fitbit customer service now this is hilarious.  Since the new format to move things over to google the app has changed.  It’s not user friendly at all. My health on IOS is no longer syncing. In the past I would tap on my photo to get things going. Well, no more photo for me to do this.

call customer service and they tell me to call Apple.  Why would I call Apple when it’s a Fitbit issue.  Looks like Fitbit needs to be trashed for Apple users since it’s not working the same.  See ya

@denise511   I'm sorry if I'm misreading your post, but I hope I can help.  The dashboard image in the redesigned app shows a profile picture.  I use an iPhone, but I have a gear icon in the upper right.  If you have a gear in the upper right, tap on that to see if you can get to familiar pages.  I can't be any more help that that.  I don't link my Fitbit data to iOS Health.

@denise511   I'm sorry, but I can't help you any further.  But I'm moving this post to the iOS forum.  I hope someone who uses Health can help you.

Hi @denise511. Is it the Health Metrics that is giving you trouble? Does yours show any stats at all? Can you attach a screenshot of what you're seeing? Here is what mine looks like. I am on iOS 17 as well, using Fitbit 4.01.

@denise511 What are you trying to find in iOS Health? That is different from Fitbit.
