Cannot set my own activity goals on Fitbit app

I think I should be able to set my fitness goals to whatever I want. Your app doesn't let me set my Active Zone Minutes to less than 22 or my Daily Distance to less than 3.11 miles. I don't mind your telling me that these may be optimal values, but why can't I make them what works for me?

I'm 71 and only moderately active. I'd like to have an achievable goal, and then work up from there.

Hi @bluecarrera. It's good to see you again.

I've moved your post to the iOS App board as this seems you're having issues with the Fitbit app. This is odd as the Fitbit app should allow you to set your own goal, and thanks for sharing this feedback with me. To work on this together, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account
  5. Try adjusting your daily activity goals settings and don't forget to sync in order to apply the changes

LizzyFitBit,
I can change the goals on my Fitbit, but apparently there are minimums the device has so I am limited to those. I cannot, for example, set my Active Minutes to less than 22, or my Distance to less than 3.11 miles.

Why can't I set goals that are meaningful to me?
Thanks,-Leslie

And by the way, I just got a new Charge 6 today. It has the same issue.
