I am unable to set up my Fitbit Charge HR. On my iPhone, the following message appears:
Setting up your Fitbit Charge HR
Hold tight...this can take up to 10 minutes.
This message has been there for over 30 minutes.
What is taking so long?

I kept looking through "help" and mine is working now. I did the steps to plug it back into the charger and hold the button 10-12 sec in order to reset the unit. It will show a v110 and Fitbit icon. And I also turned off my iphone during that and when I turned it back on, everything was syncing fine!!
The tracker will now turn off. You can turn it back on by pressing the button again or by plugging the tracker into the charger. You'll know the reset happened if the time on your tracker is 0:00. You can now set up your tracker using the instructions in Setting up your tracker with the Fitbit app for Android.
