Why can I not load two Charge 3s in the app? I have one for dress and one for gardening and dirty work.

Hello @Quinalt and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but users have never been able to have two of the same device on their account.  For additional clarification, users can't have two devices that have the Gallery at the same time.  A Charge 3 user who upgrades to a Charge 5 and wants to use the Charge 3 for the dirty work can't have both at the same time.
