Cannot sync Charge HR or logon on to Fitbit App on my IPhone 6s

As of Monday the 8th Aug I have been unable to sync my Charge HR, with my IPhone 6s Fitbit App, I have read all the possible solutions and carried out the following with no luck.

I have rebooted my IPhone, Turned off and on bluetooth - IPhone wont recognise Charge HR, Uninstalled fitbit app and reinstalled and now it wont let me log back in - keeps saying Error with user name or password when I know it is correct, I have also updated my IPhone software. Have now run out of ideas as nothing seems to work. I am not alone at work with this issue as others are also having issues.

@CG-59 I can definitely help you out! I would recommend the following steps:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should help with getting your Charge HR syncing again, but let me know if you need any additional help!
