Hi there,
When you manually log your exercise and it comes up with the amount of calories youve burnt, how does it work that out?
I logged in 30 minutes of bike riding/12.5kms and it said a certain amount of calories ive burnt, the next day i logged 12.5kms of bike riding in 32 minutes and for some reason it logged more calories than for the day before even though the second day it took longer to get to the 12.5kms
Can someone please explain how it works?
Thanks.

@Kasisbest Your tracker estimates your caloric burn based on a few factors: your basal metabolic rate (aka BMR) which is the calories that you burn at rest, the activity recorded by your tracker, and if you manually log an exercise. You can find more information about how calorie burn is estimated by clicking here.
