I am trying to update my photo. I have read the guide but to no avail. IOS app doesn’t give an option to do so even though the guide says it can. Then online I pick a photo and adjust the thumbnail it never changes no matter how long I wait. Any advice or is this a Fitbit issue?

@JessicaK25 The path I wrote was suggested by a different user. Surprise, surprise! Fitbit's Help article has the path that makes more sense:
- Tap on the You icon
- Tap on Friends
- Tap on You
I swear there was a time period, after the app redesign, when Google was updating the Help articles, that these steps weren't listed in the Help article.

@JessicaK25 This is a Fitbit issue. Here is the path on your Fitbit app. This is the least intuitive path I ever saw, by the way.
- Tap on the You icon in the lower right of you Fitbit app
- Tap on Family in the Community section
- Tap on You -- Main Guardian
- Change your photos there
I know this works. I updated both of my photos in the last two weeks.
