My fitbit sync will not connect with the bluetooth

Try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using the following procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

This happens to me about 2 times a month.  I end up having to delete the app and find my Charge 2.  If you look in the FitBit forums or google it, there are numerous people that have this issue all the time.  It is very annoying and should be a priority for the company to solve because I don’t know how long I will continue to put up with a device that doesn’t work the way it is supposed to.  For me, that means leaving FitBit and finding another brand that has devices that work...just something that I expect when I pay a lot of money for.
