About a month ago I checked my cardio fitness score and found that it was 26. Prior to this it was in the 40s, after having progressed from the low 30s through nearly a year of exercise and losing weight. It happened after one of app updates in Feb/March, but I don't check the cardio fitness score every day so I'm not exactly sure when it happened. Since then, the cardio fitness score has not moved, despite regular runs and exercise. I contacted Fitbit and was told to reset the tracker (which didn't help) and then was told there was nothing else they could do because I didn't know the exact date and time this happened. I recall a few others having a similar issue and am wondering if anyone was able to solve it and get it working again? I've tried deleting the app, removing the tracker from the app, and resetting the tracker, all to no avail.
