Fitbit Flex 2 stopped syncing

My flex 2 just stopped syncing steps. It was working perfectly until about 30 minutes ago. I’ve tried am restarting etc. Still stuck at the sane number which I k is is incorrect.

Let me help you with your Flex 2 not syncing with your iPhone. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thank you for the kind welcome and for responding. This is helpful! It looks like it may have resolved itself, although it did not track all of my steps reaching my goal yesterday. I will be keeping an eye on it and will try this if it happens again. Thanks so much!!
