Hi guys, I currently have a Fitbit ionic and I always use the GPS feature to track my runs. This week however, the app has changed my score of 41 to an estimate of 40-44. I went for a 3km run this morning and my time was 16:36mins. The run uploaded to the app all okay along with full GPS map and uninterrupted heart rate data. Unfortunately this did nothing to change my cardio Fitness from a range an back to a score. I’m pretty disappointed as the score was something that kept me motivated as I can see improvement over time, however now it only shows as a range I feel it’s not as effective. Does anyone have any idea why the app has changed my Fitness score from an exact point back to a range? I have also logged out and deleted the app, then reinstalled and logged back in but that has had no effect. Please let me know if you have any ideas or fixes, thanks 😊

Best AnswerFitbit has been looking into this issue for months now. Can we get an answer as to whether its a problem with the app that needs to be (and is being) fixed or whether there is anything we can do ourselves to fix it? My partner has the same Fitbit (charge 2) and his is still showing his score rather than an age so it seems that only certain accounts are being affected.
I also have the same issue with my InspireHR. In fact, the Fitbit has never shown a number, only a range. I’ve logged dozens of long GPS runs over several months, wear my Fitbit to bed, etc.
The customer service on this issue is very disappointing!
Same issue here. I’ve had my Fitbit in daily use for several months with a dozen or so GPS runs in the last month. Still stuck with a never changing range. Very disappointing.

I checked the app one day a year later and it randomly decided to show a number again. The same day as my Fitbit’s floors counter started working again (also about a year later). So weird.
