Cardio Load Target disappear after last update

Since the last update of the iOS app, on iPhone, the cardio load target doesn’t appear anymore (it reads « no target »). When clicking on the cardio load frame, it gives the choice between improve / maintain cardio. After choosing « improve » and hitting « next » a couple of times, it ends in error, asking if I’m online and to try again (and I’m online, with no connexion problem). I have a charge 6.

Hi there, @Tierry242.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and appreciate the steps that you've tried prior to posting. Because it's been a while since you posted, may I know if the issue still persists? If so, could you share a screenshot of any message displayed on the Fitbit app? To attach a file in your post, follow these instructions.

I'd like to share with you that a new version of the Fitbit app is rolling out to all our members in phases. Please make sure to check the App Store and install it as soon as you see it available.

Hi @LizzyFitbit  Thanks for your answer.

The problem still occurs, even after the update I just downloaded. Here is a screenshot of the error message (it says “a problem occurred. That can be caused by a lack of connexion or another problem. Check if you are online and try again”). I’m online.

here is another snapshot, saying that no target has been set. It’s when I press on the cardio board load that I’m lead to the previous error msg.

Curious, did anything resolve the issue? The cardio load feature has never worked quite right for me. It always had the “no target” even when it was reporting daily cardio load and telling me I was over or under training, so must be working off a target somewhere. Also, my peloton workouts are listed, but it always has cardio load as zero for the workout, but the heart rate data is there. Now, since version 4.40, still “no target” and now no over/under training messages. It seems like a great feature, but have little confidence in it.

Nothing worked, even after recent updates.  But my workload is recorded somehow, as it can tell if I am over / under trained, even if it doesn’t show. The problem is on IPhone iOS 18.3, whereas it works well on iPad IOs 18.3. Both apps are 4.40. Great feature I guess, but  not convenient anymore as I can’t follow it on my phone
