Cardio load broken? " no target" bed time notifications broken

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Iphone user and fitbit charge 6.

I don't get a target on cardio load. I still get a suggestion what I should work for today. But under cardio load it's showing " no target"

There are no updates available, I try reset device, phone, uninstall and re install the app. It's still broken.

Same also goes for bedtime notifications. I have set up a time for sleep and send notifications, but it don't work.

Hello @Torkild and welcome to the Community.  I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your issues.  I use an iPhone, too.  I have the same issue  -- I get the pop up with a target goal, but 'no target' given.  Fitbit seems to be aware of this.  I can't help you with the bedtime notification.  I've had it on since Fitbit released the feature.  It has never worked consistently for me.  Every now and then, I will get a notification on my phone.  I have never received a vibration on my Fitbit (several different models).  I gave up on it.

Hi, I have this issue too and I am also using a charge 6. I had over sever days of data and it seems to have gone.
I used to develop software and we would have been sacked if the fundamentals of new features weren’t working like this.

Yes! Me too, I have been trying for days to figure out how to “choose” my cardio load target, and was not sure if we set it ourselves (like amount of steps etc) or if it was automated. The fact it says “no target” seems I need to set one. So glad others have mentioned this and maybe fitbit can fix this issue.

I have this same issue, and I am using a Sense2 hoping it is fixed soon.

I’m in the same boat as you guys. Hopefully there will be a fix soon!

I have the same issue still with no target shown. But my Charge 6 (2 months into ownership) also stopped reading my heart rate correctly, so it really doesn’t matter anymore. Does yours work? My heart rate doesn’t even go up during strenuous exercise, so my recorded cardio load is so low, I’d never get close to the suggested target anyway. 😂

Same problem here, Sense 2, iOS, that article is totally useless.

Google has shown no interest in fixing anything.  My BG tracking worked perfectly until they did an update around October 8, 2024 and they haven’t fixed it yet. Several others reported the same thing, same failure time.

My HR monitoring has gone mad! I am taking a leisurely walk and it reads in the 180's to 190's then I am jogging and it is in the 80's. I have compared with other HR monitoring and it is too inconsistant in comparison to call it useful. Wgat a shame.
