Cardio load section of the app not loading

I have an inspire 2 that syncs to an iPhone 13. I get cardio load suggestions and my cardio load for the day in the quick menu but when I tried to set up the cardio load category I get this message. I have tried on multiple different connections on WiFi and not and it has never worked. I can answer the questions but when I submit the final one I get this error message.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and sharing a screenshot of the error message. I also appreciate everything that you've done so far. Because it's been a while since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? If so, I'd suggest the following steps:

  1. Log out from your account.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Tap on the Cardio Load tile and try the on-boarding process one more time.
