How would I stop the Fitbit versa from using my cell phone data I had a data notification pop up the other day and don’t have a clue why ? How can I stop it from using my cell phone data how do I turn that off

Hello @Jamie12345

 

There are a few options to keep from using your cell phone data.

 

My cell phone provider informed me that when wi-fi is enabled, it will be used before mobile data. Most of the time, I sync and check my stats with wi-fi.

 

You can turn bluetooth off, which stops the communication from your Fitbit to the server.

 

Log out of the app, which also means there is no communication from you to Fitbit.

 

See which one of those works best for you.
