I use to get weekly emails telling me about my stats for the week. Haven’t gotten one in 2 weeks... and yes I’ve checked my spam folder. Any clue what is going on or who I can contact about this problem? Anyone else experiencing this issue?

There has been an ongoing problem with the weekly reports recently. Keep an eye on the following thread which has the latest updates from fitbit:

Seems like a fix is due soon.
