I’ve just got my Fitbit Versa, linked it all up to my iPhone and updated it. I have been trying to download the bitmoji clock face but it won’t even let me select it. Just shows a red box stating “to install this clock, make sure that the Fitbit app on your phone and your device have the latest update.”
I have tried uninstalling the app but that hasn’t worked either. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately that hasn’t helped.
I am able to download some clock faces perfectly, but there’s some clock faces and some apps that come up with the message I stated in my original post about ensuring that the app and Fitbit are up to date, which I believe they both are.

After a lot of time hunting the internet for solutions and trying everything, I’ve managed to fix the issue, so hopefully the same will work for you.
I completed a factory reset on my Fitbit (Settings—>About—>Factory Reset on the device itself) and started from scratch again and that seemed to fix it and enable it to update properly.
Fingers crossed the same will work for you!
