Hello @Amella21
Im sorry your having trouble with your challenge limits. I know Fitbit is aware of the issue and I hope it gets addressed in a future update in the meantime you can use this workaround I discovered if your device is an iOS (this workaround does not work with Android devices)
To Create a Challenge Do This:
1. Go to your profile on your Fitbit App
2. Select :trophy: Badges and Trophies under your profile
3. Select “Trophy Collection”
4. Decide what challenge you want to start and simply press “Start Challenge”
I hope this provides you with a solution to your challenge limit issue until it’s ad by Fitbit
Best AnswerFitbit rolled out a severely flawed "update." Since I also am not able to create challenges on my Android phone, I have discovered that I can do so in the app on my Windows 10 pc. Certainly not the idea solution, but, it's better than not being able to create challenges at all. 🙄
I get that message also, I've found that new challenges can be started from old challenges is the only way I've gotten around it. I do a daily Goal Day and this works, not sure about weekly's after setting all weekend weather that's still available.
