Welcome to the Fitbit Community @DrMaxiJ. It's great to have you here. I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Flex as a replacement device to your existing account by following @SunsetRunner's steps. Additionally, please make sure you have the latest Fitbit app version on your iPhone.
