Challenge invite?

Ever since the new update, I can’t preview a challenge before joining. Also when I go to start a new challenge it is not giving me the option to invite all my friends. Maybe a few. Not everyone is showing up. Super frustrating. Any workarounds or tips to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Hello @Masonnickey 

if your running your Fitbit app on a iOS device I can provide you a workaround to create challenges until Fitbit fixes the issue in a future update. Unfortunately there is not current workaround if you use an android device. Fitbit is aware of the sneak peek feature not working and there has been no word on when we can expect a resolution.

I am having the same problem as @Masonnickey When I get into my profile and into my friends list, they are all there, but when I start a challenge and try to invite friends, there’s a lot of them missing. They are just all of a sudden gone from the invite list. Please help. I have already tried shutting down and restarting my phone and uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Nothing is working.

Same! Was this issue ever resolved about not being able to see/invite all your friends to a challenge? Half mine are missing when I go to start a challenge. I have a case open with Fitbit support and they’re not understanding. It’s mighty frustrating.
