Challenges: Some friends don't show up

I have friends on Fitbit that do not show up when I search to invite them to challenges.

These are not people who have blocked me and they are not people who have stopped being my friend on Fitbit. This includes members of my family who I know are stepping and are currently in a challenge with me that I invited them to.

When I look on my 7 day step list, these people do show up as active Fitbit members and friends of mine.

This has been a problem with more than 30 people who I have invited to challenges before.

Please help! Thank you!

That is a great inquiry @SunS! I used to have the same issue and the reason was that some of my friends had the Friend Rankings set on "Hide Me". My recommendation is to double check this status by going to their Online Dashboard, Click on Settings (upper right corner), go to Personal info and scroll to Preferences and change the status to "Show Me". After that, try to add those friends to your challenge.
