My app isn't working since update

Hi, I down loaded the new update yesterday. However now whenever I open the App it turns its self off. Is this happening to anyone else, if so how can I fix it without deleting and downloading again? Thanx

I just did an update on my iPhone 6s this morning. Since then, I try to open the Fitbit app, and it pops open for less than a second and closes.
Any ideas?

Hi @Beebee007

 

Since being a iOS related question, moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

 

Sometimes glitches can occur when installing newer app versions over existing ones.. if not already done feel free restarting the phone / clear the Fitbit App Cache in the phone's settings..
