My weekly challenges all have the same start and end time but my steps in each challenge is different by atleast 2-3k. This is the first time this has happened within the same time zones.

Hello @Nd09, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
This seems like a very odd situation, but it's possible the information is not updating correctly in the app, which is why I would like to suggest the following:
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

Hey. I tried those steps prior to posting as well as deleting/reinstalling the app.

I am having the same problem. The leaderboard is 2-3K down from my tracker and dash. I read over two hours a few nights ago, looking for a solution. This repeated response of "force quit the app, uninstall/reinstall" is tiresome. I've tried EVERYTHING suggested and it still prevails. I've been using FitBit now for over 2 years, but sadly, if this isnt resolved, I may have to look to moving to another tracker. Very sad.

Hello @Hareira, thanks for joining the conversation, I hope you're having a great day.
I'm sorry to hear that your step total on your challenge isn't updating correctly with the steps on your Dashboard. Below are possible reasons for this issue:
1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
Please remember that we also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

This old chestnut again! Really? For the love of all things holy! Credit the users with a little more intelligence than to supply a pre-set response that has appeared verbatim on hundreds (if not more), other posts. An admission of "we do not have the foggiest idea how to fix this saga", would be a much more appreciated answer. What a novel idea?
