Challenges locked out after iOS 14.3 update

Before updating last night to iOS 14.3, I could check on the challenges I am in. Today, I cannot. I cannot see the status of where I am in any of them.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I restarted my phone after closing and reopening the app did not make any difference. The restart also made no difference either.

Hi @Premium, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend trying the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Log into the Fitbit app.
  4. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Please sync your device before doing that to avoid data loss.

Please note that the iPhone 12 Pro Max is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. It doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their devices to the fullest.

Let me know how it goes.
