I received an email for a challenge, but it’s not showing in the app. I’ve been using the challenges for quite sometime, but now it has become a problem. I logged out of the app, shut my phone down, restarted the phone, logged back in the app, and it’s still not working. I also have the most recent update of both the Fitbit app and the operating system on my phone. I have an iPhone 7plus, and a Fitbit Charge 2.
