Challenges not updating

Is something wrong with the app? My steps are syncing but active minutes and my challenges haven't synced all day (for anyone in my challenges)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Sometimes it's possible for the app not to load updated information about your stats, in which case I would like to suggest the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone, then swipe up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Thank you! I ended up deleting the app and reloading it. It worked!
