Hi,
i have done already the setting, remove the automatic country..etc. all the steps as indicated in the article, so that is not helping.
the app is define for Netherlands, Engels and the device is in Dutch instead of English, how do I change that? Please don’t send the general change language article, as I said I’ve followed and do not works.

Hi @Carlinhavjesus, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. This may occur because of the location of your mobile device because the Fitbit app use such information too. That being said, I recommend you to check the time zone setting of your iOS mobile device and change it if necessary.
Also, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. After doing so, please select the English language and contact me back if you experience the same situation.
Don't hesitate to ask me any additional questions you may have, I'll be around.

Your reply is appreciated @Carlinhavjesus, my apologies for the delayed response.
Seems odd that your device language is still in Dutch even after taking into consideration the information from my previous post. Can you please confirm if the Fitbit app personal settings are correctly configured? Please check that the country on the Fitbit app is an English-speaking one and then change the timezone as well.
Keep me posted.

Changed to Europe as a country. Nothing else was working. The Dutch Engels seems to have a bug
