When click on help everything is in Chinese?  All other forums are English.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you see everything in Chinese when you click on help. Thanks for trying to resolve this and providing a screenshot, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend to scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option to change the language next to the globe symbol.
