Inspire HR won't reconnect after reset

I’ve reset my device bc it wouldn’t reset proper time now I believe I’ve got it back to factory reset but won’t reset proper time & date. (Says 12:00 Jan 1) I also removed device from my app on my phone to try to reset bc it wouldn’t sync now I can’t get it back on that either!! I’m super frustrated please help!

I am sorry to hear your Inspire HR is not showing the correct time and date. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app

2. Confirm the steps you tried to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Re pair your device to your Fitbit account: 

  • Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
