Change start date for weight loss

I updated my weight loss goal in the Fitbit app and it no longer shows how much weight I've lost so far 😞 It seems to have taken today as my 'start' day which is frustrating as I've already lost 5kg and seeing this reminder of how much I've already lost is keeping me motivated! Does anyone know of a way to change it back to my original start day?

Hi @missmons74

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

@missmons74 If you open the Fitbit iOS App >  click on the weight tile on your dashboard > click the "+" icon in the top right hand corner, you can log weight for a previous day.

If you log your weight for your original start date, the app should recognize your weight loss.

This should help, but let me know if there's anything else that I can do!

Hi Derrick

Thanks for the tip. I did as you suggested and entered my start weight on the starting date but unfortunately the app still isn't recognising my start weight.

Any other ideas?

I have a Fitbit Blaze. The iPhone app hasn't got a nutrition section, neither has the dashboard on-line version. My profile shows my current weight but not the starting date. I started using the weight tracker some time ago and lapsed. Now I want to start from scratch and reset my start date and erase previous entries. I've lost 3lbs over the past few days but my weight loss is blank as I am currently higher than I was some time ago. Hope this makes sense. Please help.

Hi June4

Congrats on your weight loss! Ok, so if you're looking for the Nutrition and Body section in your iPhone app, go to Account (bottom right hand corner of your screen) - Goals - Nutrition and Body. That's where you reset your goals.

Cheers!
