I charged my fitbit this morning and noticed that it said it was 7:41 yesterday when it was 7:41 AM today. I tried all day to sync my Charge HR, but it never did. I finally was able to get it done at about 2:30 and it synced all my steps to yesterday instead of today. I have taken the following actions:
1) Reset the Device
2) Removed the Device and repaired it
3) Deleted the Ap and re-installed it. They all still show to yesterday and nothing for today, but I didn't have the FitBit on yesterday.
Is there anyway to change the day the steps were synced to?

Hi, @jenale04, unfortunately your Fitbit was behaving as expected. If it ran out of battery, until it was synced, it did not 'know' the correct time and day, so while you were exercising it still 'thought' it was yesterday -- i.e. those steps were time-stamped with yesterday's date. The only way to change this now is to negate the steps from yesterday (by logging driving; instructions here ) and then by creating a manual log of the activity. However, if you do that, the steps will not count towards your friends leaderboard or any challenges you may be in. You might prefer just to have the steps registered to the wrong day.

I have this issue every week, since my FitBit will not sync using the iOS app. I finally synced today when I arrived at the office (where my USB is located). My weekend steps are showing up on a date a month ago. It's never been accurate in the year I've owned the FitBit. It's not like a watch that keeps time. If it dies (which it will, consistently) it cannot keep up. And after it dies, it will not sync. So stressful. I'm moving on to a different device.

It's nice to see you around the Community @janiseri ! My friend @Julia_G is right with the information, so I agree with that.
If your tracker is paired to the Fitbit app on a mobile device, it syncs every time you open the app. It can also sync periodically throughout the day if you have All-Day sync turned on. If your tracker is paired to a computer, it syncs automatically every 15 to 30 minutes assuming the tracker and computer are in proximity. You can also initiate a sync whenever you like if your tracker is nearby by doing the following:
To see your last synced , click the gear icon in the top right corner. You'll see the last sync time right below the tracker image.
A daily sync is recommended but not required. Most Fitbit trackers record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days, so if you're able to sync weekly you'll find all your data on your Fitbit dashboard. (Fitbit Alta records minute-by-minute data for only five days). After seven days, Fitbit trackers can store daily totals for up to 30 days.
If you have a Fitbit Surge, your tracker can store 35 hours of GPS data before deleting some to make room for more. To ensure that all your GPS data is saved to your exercise history, sync your Surge regularly.
Keep in mind that you can sync your tracker with any compatible mobile device or computer that meets syncing requirements. If you receive notifications from your mobile device on your tracker, you'll need to disable the Bluetooth bond between device and tracker before using a different device.
Have a great day my friend!
