I have changed my email address within the Fitbit app for my Versa 3 but my weekly progress emails are still coming through the old address. How can I change the email address for these performance updates?

Welcome to the community, @Rsward.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While this is odd, could you confirm if you follow the steps described here to edit the email address? I'm asking this as it happened to me once that I set up a separate account by accident using my other email address, which caused me to have two different Fitbit accounts. If this is the case, that might explain why your Weekly Reports are still being sent to your old email address.

Assuming this applies to you, you can delete the old account if you don't want to keep that data or receive alerts from it. Or, you can delete the new account, log back into your old Fitbit account and change the email with the correct steps.
