Changed iPhone now wont pair??

I have changed phone, rebooted more than once and my Fitbit still won't pair......dashboard on PC saying no paired devices. I get so far trying to pair it after it shows up a four digit number but when it seems to be at the end process it sits buffering saying finishing up but does nothing???

It's great to see you around @maggit. If you changed your phone keep in mind that it is not necessary for you to paired again, you just need to log in and your tracker will sync automatically. If it is not syncing, I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot.
