Changes won't save in the Fitbit app

When looking in pulse/condition screen it says ”your condition is good for a woman in your age” but ive selected that Im a man 😀

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry about that and let's give a try to the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap the tile with your name > Personal and change your information to Female.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Then change it back to Male.
  5. Tap the Today tab at the bottom of the app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Open the heart rate tile and check if the details under Cardio Fitness graph show up correctly.

It didnt work, it still says ”women in your age”

@AW22 Try changing this on the web dashboard, not your phone app. From the Dashboard, click on the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner then select Settings. It should automatically open to your personal settings and next to your name should be Sex and you should be able to select Male. Then scroll down and submit.

Hi there, @AW22@Heather-S Thanks for the screenshot and great help!

@AW22 Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter. Because it's been a few days since your last post, may I know if the issue still persists even after updating the Fitbit app to 3.78? If so, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as last resort. Then, reboot your phone and try checking Cardio Fitness graph one more time to see if your details are correct.
