After update iOs (iphone 6 - 10.2.1) Fitbit Charge 2 (22.48.14) device had no sync.
I unpaired device from iPhone
Now the Fitbit does not appear in the iPhone 6 Bluetooth list or in Fitbit App (doen not pair).

@fitgio63 If you are not seeing your Charge 2 listed in the Fitbit App, it sounds like you may need to set up the tracker again to add it back into your account.

Best AnswerI am frustrated too as I am having tge same challenge. I have recharged it, reset it by placing it in the charger and holding the side bar for 4 seconds, I have turned off all other bluetooth devices and I have removed any other fitbits or the like from within range.
