My Charge 2 used to notify me of incoming text messages and phone calls. It recently stopped the notifications. I followed the fixes for this on some older posts, but they didn't fix my issue. My notification center on my iPhone 7 is set to "Allow Notifications", "Show in Notification Center" & "Show on Lock Screen". I restarted my Fitbit. I restarted my phone. I deleted the App. I deleted the device off my phone and reinstalled everything. Still no text notifications and no call notifications. Everything else seems to be working fine - the Charge 2 is paired with my phone and syncs with no issues. HELP?!?!

Hello @Loribedori, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for stopping by the Community! ![]()
If you have already tried to set notifications once again in the Fitbit app and have checked that everything is fine with your phone, it's possible your Charge 2 is currently on "do not disturb" mode. To check this, please press the button on your tracker for 2 seconds while on the clock face, a vibration and a message will let you know if notifications have been turned on or off.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!

Thanks SO MUCH for the response. That did the trick! Perhaps I mistakenly turned them off on the Fitbit.
