Hi there @FabioE, thanks for joining the Community, it's always nice to see new faces around! Smiley Happy

In this situation my suggestion would be restarting your Charge 2. Then, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if it appears on the list of paired devices; if it's on the list, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Restart your phone and then try to set it up again.

Give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink

Just keep trying.  It may,  quite literally, take 6-12 tries but if you're lucky like we were with my wife's it may, just may, finally go.

Hello @FabioE and @StevieMede I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

@FabioE, if you have already tried the steps several times like @StevieMede suggested, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

Judging from all the similar posts I've found today, this seems to be a significant problem.  I got one as a present today, and having wasted 2 hours of my Christmas playing with the darn thing, even going outside where no blutooth interference would be in a desert wash with no luck, I am sure this is not just one lemon device but there is an inherent problem with the device with any bluetooth system.

I have been unsuccessful geting it to be recognized with iPhone 6S, iPhone 6, MacBook Pro x 2 iPad, and even my HP running WIndows 7.  I've reset it numerous times.  I'm tempted to hit it with a 10 pound sledgehammer, but I suspect that would void its warranty.

I put up a similiar post last night and no reply, tried to get someone via chat today - failed, and now have to wait two days for an email response. Not sure what is going on but this issue seems to be growing. Sorry no solution for you

I keep reading the boards and it seems that a lot of people have the same issue.  I still have had no word from customer service to my email and after seeing posts here I don't know even if they do respond it will change anything.  If it can't sync with my IPAD and Iphone, then it is really a useless piece of jewerly. I need on both my devices.

Hope you have better luck than me.

Sorry to hear that.  They did contact me and offerred the same steps that are given here, which are pretty much useless and did nothing.  I ended up returning it to the store and got another one.  So far seems to be fine.  If it goes wonky like the last one, I will return and never buy another Fitbit product since this is obviously an issue and all you get is the same delete, restart, try again - it must be an Apple problem, etc.

I am having the exact same problem with my Fitbit flex.  It has worked seamlessly in the past and suddenly went to show the message of "looking".  Also tried to re-start and went through all their steps, tried removing the device, etc. with no results....

Fitbit seemed uninterested iin my post so I emailed their engineers. It took two days to reply to the email with troubleshooting steps. Yes, the same steps plastered all over the website.  Lucky for me amazon stepped up and sent me a replacement. Fitbit seemed to imply there was a known problem being worked on but their answer was vague. Further the chat functionality failed to work the same day.  Honestly, I would rate their service as disinterested in my problem at this point. I was going to buy a new band but not sure any further investment should be made in the product until after I get fitbit number two from amazon. The apple watch might be next on my list of gadgets if this next device fails.

Same issue with the Charge HR when connecting it to an iPhone 7.  The ineresting thing is that right after I entered the 4 digits for the pairing, I switched to the bluetooth settings on the phone and saw the Charge HR listed - and then disappear!  SInce I am not having any problems with other bluetooth devices on this phone, I am thinking the issue is with the watch dropping its 'discoverability' as a bluetooth device.  I enjoyed my Fitbit while it worked with my previous iPhone but now it is going on a shelf.
